Accurate Products Co. was founded in 1983 on the second floor of a building located in a part of Tucson known as the "Furniture District." With views of the Santa Catalina Mountains in the background, and the beautiful Rillito River Path a short walk away, some might say that we are oddly situated in a part of town that is known for anything but manufacturing. However, as a company that strives to look towards the future without forgetting our craft-based roots, we cannot think of a better place to call home.

Since our first contract with IBM in 1983, Accurate Products Co. has become a one-stop-shop for critical machined goods and assemblies. Today, customers such as Honeywell, Raytheon, Sargent Controls and Aerospace, Perkin-Elmer, BE Aerospace, Adept, HE Microwave, and AGM Container Controls, rely on us to deliver quality products, on time, and at a fair price. Although our client base has grown, and the pace of the world has quickened, Accurate Products Co. continues to be the kind of place where customers can expect the type of customer service typified by a small company.

That's not always simple. Procuring castings and details, and managing critical outside processes such as anodizing and heat treating are all tasks that can be difficult to direct and control. Last but not least there is accuracy...always accuracy.

Accurate Products Company, since 1983, has a record of producing accuracy at a fair price. From complex titanium prototypes produced with in-house CAD/CAM technology to thin-walled castings that require a gentle touch, Accurate Products has delivered.

The Process: Making excellence a habit.

Accurate Products Company has wrapped itself around an AS 9000 quality system. Placing a special emphasis on traceability, process control, and corrective and preventative action the AS 9000 system enables us to build CNC machined small to medium sized highly engineered parts.

Nine (9) vertical machining centers, in a temperature and dust controlled facility, are supported with the finest inspection, engineering, assembly, and tool room, equipment. An anodizing line, painting equipment, CMM's, an EDM, lathes, and CAD/CAM capability are all technologies that help us to achieve our goals.

Tantamount to our adherence to excellence is our stable work force. With many nearing their fifteen (15) year anniversaries, our employees honor the process that allows us to deliver on our promise.

The Product:Precision components or assemblies made from solid or castings.

We cannot help but think of some of our products as art. Indeed, they represent the best of our mutual creativity implemented with an ever changing technological sophistication.

Although our customers often call on us to make critical prototypes out of wrought material, especially titanium, more often than not we are asked to manufacture complex components and assemblies made from small to medium sized investment castings. That's because the inherent nature of castings requires a level of finesse that isn't included with the newest technology. Rather, it is finesse that comes when knowledge, experience, and creativity are used coincidentally with technology to produce superb products.
